The WHS Archery Club is a new organization with the goal of providing an opportunity for students to learn about practice outdoor target archery.  The club is open to students of all ability and experience levels.  Students may shoot their own compound or recurve bows or they may rent equipment from the range. 

 

The club will meet in room 1241 at 3:00 and then move to the WHS range near the softball fields.  We will return to room 1241 at 4:30.

 

The club will meet twice a week in two different groups for eight weeks in the fall and eight weeks in the spring.  One group of up to 12 students will meet every Tuesday, and on group of up to 12 will meet every Thursday. Each group should meet a total of 7 times.

 

The club fee covers the fall or spring season and should be paid at the beginning of each season along with required forms.  The club fee is $40 dollars for all students, including students with their own equipment.  Spaces are limited, and the club can not refund fees for missed dates or ineligibility to participate.

 

As space is limited the available spots in each section will be filled on a first come, first served basis.  This process will be repeated in the spring and fall, with priority to students that were not able to get into the group they desired.
